Terms of Use
Version of October 10, 2026The rules for using Layvera Cargo: how the service works, what it costs, who is responsible for what, and what is prohibited.
1General provisions
This agreement is between you and Layvera Cargo («Layvera Cargo», «we») and covers the use of the bot @Layvera_Cargo_bot and the Layvera Cargo website and apps.
By pressing «I agree» and registering, you accept this agreement and the Privacy Policy. The service is available to persons aged 18 and over and to companies through their representatives.
2Registration and account
- Provide accurate details: your name, your own phone number, vehicle data.
- One person — one account. Do not hand your account to others.
- Drivers can see loads only after a moderator has checked their documents. We may refuse verification without giving reasons.
- You are responsible for everything that happens in your account.
3How the service works
- Cargo owners post loads, drivers post free trips. A request is active for 7 days.
- The bot selects matches: same route, date ± 2 days, the load fits the truck. The 3 best are shown.
- When you choose a match, both parties receive each other's contacts.
- The parties agree on details and press «Confirm trip». If both have not confirmed within 24 hours, the match is cancelled.
- The carriage contract, trip payment and documents are arranged directly between the parties.
4Commission
- Posting requests and matching are free.
- When a trip is confirmed by both parties, each party pays Layvera Cargo a commission of 5% of the trip price stated in the cargo request.
- The commission is due within 3 days of confirmation, using the method provided by the administrator or the bot.
- The commission is not refunded if the trip fails through the fault of one of the parties. If it fails because of a service error, we refund it in full.
- Arranging a trip around the service to avoid the commission, after contacts were obtained through Layvera Cargo, is prohibited.
5Cargo owner's obligations
- Describe the cargo honestly: weight, type, special conditions.
- Ship only lawful cargo and hold the required documents for it.
- Pay the driver for the trip on the agreed terms.
6Driver's obligations
- Hold a valid licence, vehicle documents and any permits required for the carriage.
- Keep the vehicle in working order and state its real capacity.
- Carry out the confirmed trip and transport the cargo with care.
7What is prohibited
- Prohibited or dangerous goods without permits: drugs, weapons, ammunition, contraband, items withdrawn from circulation.
- Fake requests, other people's documents or phone numbers.
- Spam, advertising, insults, fraud.
- Using contacts obtained through the service for anything other than the deal.
- Avoiding the commission, bulk harvesting of users' data.
8Liability
Layvera Cargo is an information intermediary. We help parties find each other, but we do not carry cargo and are not a party to the carriage contract. Therefore we are not responsible for:
- the safety of the cargo, delivery times or quality of carriage;
- trip payments between the parties;
- the accuracy of information provided by other users (except the verification of drivers' documents).
If a dispute arises, contact support and we will try to help resolve it. The service is provided «as is»; we work to keep it running without interruption but cannot guarantee it.
9Blocking
If the agreement is breached, we may hide requests, restrict or block the account. Any unpaid commission remains payable. If you believe a block is a mistake, contact support.
10Disputes and governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are resolved by negotiation; failing that, in the court at the location of Layvera Cargo.
11Changes and contacts
We may change this agreement. We will announce material changes in the bot 7 days in advance. By continuing to use the service, you accept the new version.
